A native Mac app for Australian trades: quotes, jobs and tax invoices, with GST calculated the way the ATO expects it. No browser tab, no monthly login, no data on someone else's server.
25 seconds, the actual app - dashboard, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices.
Beta Free for 90 days, in exchange for telling us what's broken. macOS 13 or later, Apple silicon.
Quote → job → invoice is one click at each step, and each conversion is refused twice, so the same job can't be invoiced two ways.
Numbered per business, per-line GST toggle, a clean PDF, one click to turn an accepted quote into a job.
A diary by scheduled date, status through to invoiced, one click to an invoice with the lines already on it.
10% GST, part payments, overdue tracking, PDF. The ABN and tax-invoice status are frozen at issue.
Paid, part-paid and overdue are derived from money received — never typed in, so the dashboard can't lie to you.
Outstanding, overdue, received, quotes out, twelve months of receipts, and what needs attention today.
One SQLite file on your Mac. Copy it and you've copied the business. Nothing is uploaded.
GST is rounded to cents at each line and then summed — not calculated on the total. The two disagree by a cent often enough to start an argument, and the ATO expects the former. If you're not registered for GST, you charge none, whatever a line says.
| Registered later | Invoices already sent keep the face they had when you sent them. Registering for GST never rewrites history. |
| Part payments | Recorded against the invoice; status follows the money, not a dropdown. |
| Offline | Everything works with the Wi-Fi off. There is no server to be down. |
It's free for 90 days and the deal is simple: use it on real jobs and tell us what's wrong. There's a feedback box built into the app — what you send goes straight to the person who can fix it. No card, no trial that quietly starts charging.
Your licence key — copy it now, it's also the key you paste into the app:
xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/TradeFlow.app.)Apple silicon Macs (M1 and later), macOS 13 Ventura or newer. An Intel build is on the list if beta users need one — say so in the feedback box.
Some people don't want a trial, they want the thing. Founding prices while the beta is on: one business, every Mac you own, no per-seat charge, nothing that renews behind your back.
Payment is USDC on Base — a stablecoin, one US dollar each. There is no card form because there is no card processor: you send the exact amount from any wallet or exchange, and the licence key appears on your order page about a minute later, issued automatically. Nobody sees your card, because we never ask for one.
Send exactly this. The key appears below by itself.
Your reference is — bookmark this page, it turns into your key.

Beta keys run 90 days. When the beta ends, everyone who used it and sent feedback gets it at half price for the first year — you did the work of finding the bugs. Pricing is set once we know it's worth paying for; nothing is charged automatically, and nobody's card is on file, because we never asked for one.
Your data is a file on your Mac. If you stop using TradeFlow, you keep it, and the app never held it hostage in someone else's cloud.
The feedback box lives in the app (Settings → Data). If the app won't open at all, tell us here instead.
